Greenhorizons was consulted during the initial stages of this soccer field project. The challenge was to design a regulation size soccer pitch utilizing imported material from a development site next door while minimizing earth moving requirements. Greenhorizons proposed a “push-up” design to raise the playing surface and ensure it would have positive surface drainage. Greenhorizons laid out the field within the area desired by Bethel and construction began.
Greenhorizons was able to “site-fit” a premier regulation sized soccer field, into the existing grade and utilizing access material from adjacent development site while minimizing impact on adjacent property.
The field layout and grade fit very well into the property and was completed on-time and on budget.
